Information we collect
When you request an initial review we collect the name, company, work email, website and budget ranges you submit, together with anything you add in the optional notes field.
How it is used
Submitted information is used only to assess whether an independent review is relevant and to reply to you. It is not sold, shared with advertising platforms or used for unrelated marketing.
Engagement data
During an engagement we may be granted read access to advertising, analytics, commercial and vendor data. Access is limited to what the review requires and is revoked on completion.
Retention
Review requests are retained while the enquiry is active and for a limited period afterwards. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
